Shipping policy

All our products are packaged carefully and thoughtfully by hand, shipped with tracking and insurance, and marked with stickers to encourage care when handling. 

Products are wrapped in acid free glassine paper, brown Kraft papers, and bubble wrapped padding with eco friendly cardboard and paper materials. 

If any item is lost or damaged in transit the shipping insurance is expected to cover that loss and your refund. 

Although we are not responsible for any carrier loss, damages, or theft, we do aim to resolve any problems or issues that should arise when a product is in transit.
